Suicide bombers murder ordinary people where they worship, work and play,  in homes, schools, buses and other public places. Their victims of many races, colours and religions include Christians, Hindus, Jews, Buddhists and Muslims in countries around the world as the list grows longer.

Children are taught it is their sacred duty, and the young are lauded as martyrs, when they kill innocent civilians for their cause. Canada’s religious leaders, representing all the world’s major faiths, say that God’s will, however we identify it, must never be used to incite violence or justify terrorism. We must all say there is no cause that justifies suicide bombing against civilians and Bill S-215 is now an example for other countries as the murder of innocent civilians must be stopped.
