The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is the world's largest regional security organization with 55 participating States, including Canada. An OSCE Resolution on Terrorism says terrorist acts committed by Suicide Bombers are Crimes Against Humanity. Senator Jerry S. Grafstein Q.C. is a Senior Officer and Treasurer of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA), Leader of the Liberal Democratic Reform Group at the OSCE PA and a Member of the Canadian Delegation to the OSCE PA. |

Voices of Hope in Harmony Concert organized by Floralove Katz in support of CANASB. It brought together Muslim, Christian and Jewish musicians and poets, and a variety of dignitaries including diplomats and speakers from all four federal political parties.
